Our sales person, Arlette Canaan was AMAZING!! She wasn’t pushy at all and was extremely helpful and friendly. When we turned around to see what was happening.. it was the sales manager, Carlos Cortez fill on yelling at a salesman. Belittling this man in front of a building full of co-workers and customers. Mr Cortez was yelling choice words at this salesman and it was just extremely uncalled for, tacky and honestly if we had any dealings with Mr Cortez, we would have walked away and taken our business elsewhere. We ended up seeing this sales man outside and told him that what happened was unprofessional and we apologized to him for Mr. Cortez outburst. More
Dealership is over 70 miles from our home. Brought car in for the second time to have the ac fixed. Although our appointment was scheduled by them months ago and we’re told it would only take a few hours, w for the second time to have the ac fixed. Knowing we were coming from so far away, why didn’t they call and let us know about this change?? This dealership is over an hour by freeway from our home. My husband’s is recovering from recent hip surgery three weeks ago and is scheduled for a heart procedure in three more weeks. He simply can’t sit in a service area all day long! Dispute being surrounded by thousands of cars, our request for a loaner vehicle was refused absolutely. ‘Jason’ was more concerned with getting in the last word than on helping us. He said we could wait or drive back down another time. And this is with an AC system not working while we’re having an extreme heat issue here in SoCal. Apparently, Jason didn’t think that could be a problem considering my husband’s health condition. Or he just didn’t care. Finally spoke with the manager who agreed to accelerate the work and promised it would be ready within the time frame (2-3 hours) we were originally told. Again, a loaner wasn’t even an option. Seems like despite having control of thousands of vehicles, Honda Valencia is incapable of spending a few dollars to provide the level of service we get readily from the Dodge dealership where we purchased our truck! So we’re sitting, waiting, hoping for the best. Based on how we’re being treated today, I would never recommend this place. There are too many other places to buy a car to do business with a place that cares so little about customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

I emailed Robin Pilgreen asking for AutoNations best out the door price (OTD) on a 2019 Honda CR-V EX. After having less stellar contact with other dealerships, I booked an appointment with Robin to purchase the vehicle. On the day of my appointment Robin was ready with the vehicle and already agreed upon numbers. The deal was completed start to finish in exactly 2hrs with no high pressure or bait and switch tactics. Robin and AutoNation were straightforward and honest during the whole process. Me and my wife would most definitely purchase from them again. More

Bad customer service, service advisor is the one changing your battery without doing any reset and checking tire pressure, I end up bringing my car to another Honda dealer to do a reset. They will let you wait for a long period of time even though you have an appointment with them. I regret a lot getting prepaid services from this company! Don’t get prepaid services from them! More
Horrible, incompetent sales; service dept was pretty good. Just only sometimes there is no driver or takes a long time to get one so you're waiting a bit but not a big problem. Service provides some discounts sometimes and the staff are great. Its the sales department that is xxxxed up, despite me buying two cars from them previously: Sales Manager or General Manager (Matthew? asian muscle dude) once gave us a great price on a car and so he was friendly and great. But next time there were scratches in another new car we bought and he said he would fix it for free; when we came back he denied saying it and charged us. Bait and switch? Next time I have to get something in writing. Robin Pilgreen is probably new and has no idea what shes doing but she is friendly and tries to provide great customer service. They did a bait and switch on me, told me that I had the car I wanted then 3 hours later showed me a car that did not have the correct color based on my specifications. Idiots. Received an email from manager John Turja asking how he can help and when I replied I didnt receive any response. Might be an automated email. That's xxxxed up; dont send emails to customers if you dont intend to do something about it or even have the decency to reply. They also did a bait and switch on my mom who I made the big mistake of referring to them. John Christophy is friendly, helped us get a car before, and is persistent. He gets to the point and doesnt xx. But he told her they had the car she wanted then asked her to come in. She drove 30 miles at 8pm during the holidays to get to the dealership only to find out the car she wanted was the wrong color and the price was wrong as well. Sam DiMaggio manager sent an email asking how he can help and when I replied I didnt receive a response. In the 5 years I've been dealing with Autonation Honda Valencia, I've dealt with a lot of their staff; from Sonny, to Robin, to Jennifer, to John, to Eddie, and Jacob, etc... For the most part they are great. But it only takes a couple of bad apples to ruin the bunch. More
