I purchased my 2022 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda in December 2022. Our salesman Assad was great, but I could only reach him on his personal cell phone. Calling AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall directly only led to a phone tree, and once directed via touch screen, would ring and ring and eventually hang-up on me. AND THAT WAS TO NEW SALES! Two days ago, I brought my Pilot in for a standard Safety Recall. I booked the appointment on-line, and when I arrived at 8:30am I was helped by a lovely young woman who explained that my assigned Service Agent was on vacation and that she would take care of it. Since I booked on-line, I wasn’t aware that I had or needed an assigned Agent. At 4:00pm, haven’t heard anything, so I called for an update. Again, having been led to a phone tree, and once directed via touch screen, would ring and ring and eventually hang-up on me. As I continually touched redial, I quit after twenty minutes – multiple hang-ups from the Service Department. I then called and reached a Manager in Sales, who found the Service Manager, who did call me to report that my Pilot was finished just ten minutes earlier and that he was preparing to call me. When I arrived at the Service Center, I was asked the name of my assigned Service Agent, which I confessed I never knew. Iwas then told explicitly that there never was a young woman working in the Service Department that day and that I could not have left my keys with such. The surly agent did find me in the computer and returned my keys – without explanation of who the mystery young woman was nor the name of who my so-important assigned Service Agent. AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall needs both receptionists and efficient, pleasant Service Agents. More

I had a great experience at Honda when I went for service. I appreciated that the staff were courteous and gave me an estimate on what costs to expect. They even offered cold water bottles and fruit service. I appreciated that the staff were courteous and gave me an estimate on what costs to expect.
