We have had good service from this dealership over the past three years. Unfortunately, our last visit to the service department has been totally unacceptable. We were charged over $200. I have never had to pay for maintenance while I was leasing a vehicle. I left several messages and “chatted” with them via text. I was told, via text, that I would hear from the service department. That was two business days ago. I won’t be ignored and I won’t forget about the money that they owe me. Unacceptable. More
