Very thorough, professional, and customer oriented. John Beeman was our agent and he was so thoughtful. He made us aware of what would be done on our car; also suggesting to us that new tires were needed o Beeman was our agent and he was so thoughtful. He talked about the different tires that were available at AutoNation Honda, explaining the mileage on each brand and the cost. We decided to purchase the new tires and he explained that it would take a couple of extended hours to install them. So, he took us to the mall, dropped us off where we had lunch and shopped. We have had good service from this dealership over the past three years. Unfortunately, our last visit to the service department has been totally unacceptable. We leased a 2020 Ridgeline from them sev past three years. Unfortunately, our last visit to the service department has been totally unacceptable. We leased a 2020 Ridgeline from them several years ago. It was time for maintenance so my husband took the truck in for the standard service. John told him that the differential had to be changed. We were charged over $200. I have never had to pay for maintenance while I was leasing a vehicle. I left several messages and “chatted” with them via text. I was told, via text, that I would hear from the service department. That was two business days ago. I won’t be ignored and I won’t forget about the money that they owe me. Unacceptable. More
