I bought my HRV December 2020 and was promised 2 oil changes. I got one last summer and when I came in they said that offer expired December of 2021. I told them it was promised that I would get 2 free and nobody said anything about the expiration. The worker called his supervisor over and he said he was sorry but it expired. I then spoke to a manager in the sales department and he looked up the agreement and informed the service department that it would be taken care of and I was not charged.
