The dealership has serviced my Honda Odyssey since moving to Tucson in 2014, and they have always done a professional job. Yorty was my service manager on 2/1/2022 and helped me go over service needs before to Tucson in 2014, and they have always done a professional job. Yorty was my service manager on 2/1/2022 and helped me go over service needs before leaving the vehicle. He pointed out discolored brake fluid and worn tires, indicating the tires and alignment were causing the wheel shake I reported. Later he called to let me know the brake pads were worn to the point of being dangerous, so I approved replacing them. The car drove almost like new when I picked it up. I would rate Yorty and the service a 10! More

There were multitudes of sales personnel but only 2 service advisors. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to service all the customers. Scott did a great job for me, service advisors. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to service all the customers. Scott did a great job for me, the best he could under the circumstances, but it was ridiculous to wait 4.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and easy repair to the blind spot warning system. In addition to jockeying cars, helping customers, Scott also had to do all the paperwork and take my payment! Where’s the office staff?? I understand staffing is difficult these days for various reasons, but this dealership needs to do something to improve the service! More

Overall I am pleased with dealership. I just had the timing belt package work done because the advisor said it would be a good idea to have it done to keep from having bigger problems down the road and timing belt package work done because the advisor said it would be a good idea to have it done to keep from having bigger problems down the road and it was a suggested maintenance for my vehicle at this time. On my invoice it says “CSDR Customer states vehicle has a drivability concern.” What is this supposed to mean? I was having no problems with my Pilot and was not anxious to spend $1500 at this time ( even tho I had a coupon for $150 off the price). I only had it done at this time because I was told how expensive it would be if one of these parts failed down the road. I am now having a noise when I turn my ac/heater off which I didn’t have. I will go back to the dealership in a few days if this continues. More
