The change over to the new computer system was very difficult on your customers. I waited over four hours and was told on phone when making appointment it would be an hour! I currently own the FOURTH Honda purchased from this dealership. When I arrived ten minutes prior to my service appointment time, there were lots of people (may of them appeared to be employees) wanderi dealership. When I arrived ten minutes prior to my service appointment time, there were lots of people (may of them appeared to be employees) wandering around the service desks but nobody helping customers. Things were very backed up. Finally someone beckoned the service manager for me and my presence was acknowledged. Everyone was polite and friendly, but nobody seemed to be doing their job. My car was FINALLY moved back toward the service area 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was given a time that my car would be ready BUT it was NOT ready until 2 1/2 hours AFTER the promised time. Generally, there was an unsettling air of disarray, disorganization and confusion. I do NOT recall ever feeling that when Greg Poulson was the GM. I really have to question ever going to the dealership again for service. The service rep, John, seemed to be the only one actually helping customers and naturally, he was overwhelmed. He was honest, but did try to upsell a set of tires. More
