This is my first visit to AutoNation Honda Tucson period it was the initial oil change for my Honda pilot. I schedule online at 7:45 AM and was prompt Lee Greenwood by John Beeman at 7:30 AM. I advise them that I had an appointment later and he probably move my car for service and I was out in one hour. I made my Second appointment with no problem. A full oil change and service in one hour is great for a working person. This is good service. More

Brought my Ridgeline in for service. John Beeman from service greeted me once I stopped and got out of the vehicle. He called me by name and had all the information for my vehicle. John called me and I advised I would pick it up later. He said no problem, see you then. When I got to the service department, John was in a little meeting, but came out and took care of the paper work. He advised of some other services, but I could not do it then. He showed me what they fixed and explained the reason for the repair. Very nice. I would highly recommend Auto Nation Honda in Tucson and especially John for any service to your vehicle. More
