I have been a long time customer (over 20 years) and I definitely noticed there has been changes with new faces and customer support upon my last visit. I pulled up to get my normal oil and filter change and waited for approximately 15-20 minutes before I was helped with a service person. Let's hope I have a better experience on my next visit. More
i came in to get an estimate on repair of the exhaust system fixed. it had rusted through at the flex joint at the front. Your man said he would do an inspection and and give me an estimate for free. Then he charged me $75 and the estimate was very high. Also it would be 3 weeks to get the part. He also said several other stuff needs to be done for a total of about $1500. I believe you have lost a customer and also as many additional i can tell about such practices. By the way i got the exhaust fixed for much less money and it only took one day to get the part delivered and installed. The exhaust was rusted all the way through with less than 30,000 miles. The honda accord is a 2013 but it still should not have been rusted through with less than 30,000 miles. The exhaust should have been fixed for free to me. More
