I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic and have been very happy with the customer service. When I need my car service done, I also have it done there. John Beeman was Superb at taking care of our problem. He listened to our explanation of what was happening, and told us what they’d do to correct it. This is my first visit to AutoNation Honda Tucson period it was the initial oil change for my Honda pilot. I schedule online at 7:45 AM and was prompt Lee Greenwood by John Beeman at 7:30 AM. I advise them that I had an appointment later and he probably move my car for service and I was out in one hour. I made my Second appointment with no problem. A full oil change and service in one hour is great for a working person. This is good service. More
