In the AM when I called in for a service appt. the phone rang many many times, finally picked up by machine saying I would be called back. No call by mid afternoon. I called the next day and a lady answered and I was able to make an appointment. On 2/24I arrived and John Beeman was very courteous and got my service appt. started. My car problem was sometimes the ignition would not start the car the first time tried. Battery or starter? After reading my invoice in section A, I read where the battery tested - No attention needed at this time but then in section B it said starter needed and BATTERY needed replaced BATTERY. Did he battery really need to be replaced? The starter was not in stock so it was ordered. The first appt. I could get to have it replaced when I was also available was 3/4/22 at 8 AM. Since there is no shuttle service anymore I had to chose a time that I could stay to wait on the car. More

These guys take pride in giving you the best service possible on your vehicle. I appreciated the effort to give me the lowest prices available through promotional and teacher discounts. Oil prices have possible on your vehicle. I appreciated the effort to give me the lowest prices available through promotional and teacher discounts. Oil prices have skyrocketed, so oil change prices are no longer what they once were. I believe this dealership is pretty popular, so wait times can be longer than usual~FYI More
I have been a long time customer (over 20 years) and I definitely noticed there has been changes with new faces and customer support upon my last visit. It appears they new crew has some work to do as far as approaching customer who have scheduled appointments in a timely manner. I pulled up to get my normal oil and filter change and waited for approximately 15-20 minutes before I was helped with a service person. Let's hope I have a better experience on my next visit. More

i came in to get an estimate on repair of the exhaust system fixed. it had rusted through at the flex joint at the front. Your man said he would do an inspection and and give me an estimate for free. The system fixed. it had rusted through at the flex joint at the front. Your man said he would do an inspection and and give me an estimate for free. Then he charged me $75 and the estimate was very high. Also it would be 3 weeks to get the part. He also said several other stuff needs to be done for a total of about $1500. I believe you have lost a customer and also as many additional i can tell about such practices. By the way i got the exhaust fixed for much less money and it only took one day to get the part delivered and installed. The exhaust was rusted all the way through with less than 30,000 miles. The honda accord is a 2013 but it still should not have been rusted through with less than 30,000 miles. The exhaust should have been fixed for free to me. More
