New to the area - had prepaid LOF services with 1 remaining. Visited AutoNation Honda (even though I was having Hyundai serviced). Service was 5 stars. Took my 2019 CRV in for a recall. Repair was done but when I picked up my car, I noticed greasy hand prints on my back seat and a very strong smell of gasoline. Apparently the recall Repair was done but when I picked up my car, I noticed greasy hand prints on my back seat and a very strong smell of gasoline. Apparently the recall repair required removal of backseat. I pointed this out and service advisor (who is new and I feel did his best to fix the situation) apologized and had the seat “cleaned” there. After it dried I could still see some black grease marks on the seat so I arranged to take it back and asked for a detail to clean seat once again. I left my car there and arranged a ride. After almost 6 hours, we went back to pick it up. After waiting many more minutes (I’m guessing they forgot about it?) the car was brought up for us. The seat had not even been cleaned!!!! The car was washed however. We waited again while the seat was cleaned. It finally appears to be clean now. We’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (2 when it was Dobbs Honda). Everything from the purchase of this CRV to this latest service fiasco at Auto Nation Honda (as it’s now known as) has been a disappointment. More
