Took my 2019 CRV in for a recall. Repair was done but when I picked up my car, I noticed greasy hand prints on my back seat and a very strong smell of gasoline. Apparently the recall Repair was done but when I picked up my car, I noticed greasy hand prints on my back seat and a very strong smell of gasoline. Apparently the recall repair required removal of backseat. I pointed this out and service advisor (who is new and I feel did his best to fix the situation) apologized and had the seat “cleaned” there. After it dried I could still see some black grease marks on the seat so I arranged to take it back and asked for a detail to clean seat once again. I left my car there and arranged a ride. After almost 6 hours, we went back to pick it up. After waiting many more minutes (I’m guessing they forgot about it?) the car was brought up for us. The seat had not even been cleaned!!!! The car was washed however. We waited again while the seat was cleaned. It finally appears to be clean now. We’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (2 when it was Dobbs Honda). Everything from the purchase of this CRV to this latest service fiasco at Auto Nation Honda (as it’s now known as) has been a disappointment. More
As a general rule my experience with Honda's service team has been excellent and John Breeman continues in that vein . I’ve always thought that Autonation Honda took care of my car to the best of performance. In January of 2021 the brakes were grabbing and Autonation replaced the components. In August 2021 the brakes were gr car to the best of performance. In January of 2021 the brakes were grabbing and Autonation replaced the components. In August 2021 the brakes were grabbing again and Autonation repaired them again. In January and August we paid full price for the repairs. In March of 2022 the brakes were grabbing again this time Autonation replaced the rotors and the brake pads with genuine Honda parts completely at their cost. In January and August 2021 they had not used genuine Honda parts. I am a satisfied customer and am hopeful that this was just a fluke. More

Our service manager carefully reviewed all of the necessary repairs and maintenance needs during the repair and at the end. He explained/ answered all the questions I had. Was very helpful and every necessary repairs and maintenance needs during the repair and at the end. He explained/ answered all the questions I had. Was very helpful and everything was done in 2 days despite our not having an appt. We really like this Honda dealership for the people and service. More
