They booked me with an advisor that was off for the day. The person that took me in talked down to me when I told them MPG on my hybrid was not what it used to be and they could not test the hybrid battery. They talked to me like I was a moron; I probably know more about the car than they do. I do not feel confident that they actually performed the inspection as there were they obvious errors and discrepancies. This experience has me trading the car in for a Lexus. More

I live 5 minutes from chapman honda but prefer to go to honda autonation. I drive 30 minutes because I trust the staff to honestly assess my car needs. This last service was a 100k mile check up. I saved over $300 because of the effort of staff to find an off market product. Although I used Lyft to get me back & forth to the dealership, the savings on the service was to my benefit.
