Everything was great except the wait, even with an appointment for recall item repair. Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours, so I went to work. Was dropped off after two hours, and it took another appointment for recall item repair. Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours, so I went to work. Brought my Honda in with a 3rd party extended warranty. They kept my car for 4 days, refused to wait on hold to get authorization to complete repairs -LAZY. Mocked me while I was on the phone holding wit They kept my car for 4 days, refused to wait on hold to get authorization to complete repairs -LAZY. Mocked me while I was on the phone holding with them for 6mins to another customer -ENTITLED. Complained to the Supervisor who then also refused to wait on hold for service. Ended up taking it to a hungry company that is now receiving $4800 for the repairs that were needed because this new company was not lazy, and actually put in the work to work with the insurance company, now they get that fat fat cash, too bad the dealership was such a turd and unmotivated to actually work. 4 days I'll never get back, who refuses to work then refuses to call me to tell me whats going on for 4 days, I ended up driving an hour to hold their hand, and they still refused to help. Truly, unbelievable More
