I appreciate the service providers who helped me with my car. They were not the quickest to respond to me and update me with changes, even when I called during the business hours. Did not keep me update on the service I asked for. I supplied the oil for oil change and they charged me 5 bottles anyway. I had AC and break checked and replaced. The people are really cool and the facility is neat and clean. Two minor complaints: Ninety minutes is waaaaay too long for an oil change and I had an appointment; and whoever drove my car around left the clean. The wait of one and a half hours for an oil and filter change, with an appointment, was a lot too long. Previous years were one hour max. Yet, I'm always happy with the dealer. John Beeman was professional, prompt, educated about the problem and fix, and went the extra mile to expedite the process since I am a caregiver . The person that was in charge of my file (Ariana) didn't know what she was doing and I ended up without a car for almost two weeks bc of a bearing, and since the moment I made the appointment I told them wh know what she was doing and I ended up without a car for almost two weeks bc of a bearing, and since the moment I made the appointment I told them what my car needed. I told them again when I left my car and nobody told me It couldn't be done that day. If she would've known anything they would be able to rent me a car that same day, instead they made me wait for almost a week in order for them to rent me a car, I don't even live in Tucson so I had to came back in a shuttle, had to walk to work (in the heat and in the rain) bc there's no public transport here.
