I have used this dealership for all of my maintenance since buying the car in 2018. I was there last week for an oil change. The appointment was easy to schedule, they were ready for me when I arrived, since buying the car in 2018. I was there last week for an oil change. The appointment was easy to schedule, they were ready for me when I arrived, advised me of maintenance that would be coming up in another 10,000 miles, and were done within the time they estimated. They are congenial and provide comfortable places to wait, as well as coffee, water and a few snacks to choose from, making it very pleasant to hang out and get some work or reading done. Thank you! I had this same vehicle serviced for an oil change one year ago and the price was $38.50. I just had the exact same service and the price was $67.95. That is 75% + increase in price. I realize there has been inflation (9%ish)... but this is corporate gouging of the consumer at its worst! Also, I was told by the service rep that the car was not ready for an oil change. This is despite the dealership sending notices that it had been 12 months since last oil change. The manufacturer also recommends no longer that 12 months between oil change, regardless of the mileage (and maintenance minder). Finally, a nice oily fingerprint left inside the vehicle... not a good thing in the sun and heat of Tucson! I am a VERY LONG time customer of this dealership for both new vehicles and service and have over the many years been very pleased. Perhaps just a bad day. More

This is a mixed blessing review since originally a lot of repairs were missed on my vehicle after paying over $3,000 (there was a list...a long list). Don't let this number scare you, this was what I expected to pay. The team and Honda were quick to figure things out and got the ball rolling. Courteous, and called to make sure I was kept up to date. The willingness to correct is the main reason for the 5 stars. This could have been a bust review...not at all. More
