She’s very courteous and it was smooth process entire tone. I’d also like you to acknowledge Matt in Parts Department. He has been Amazing each and every time I’ve come in to buy a Honda part or just any questions I’ve had ! Extremely helpful, and the type of person who you can tell appreciates you and life in general. I’ve been in and he was working at least 4xs and always same outlook and very helpful. You know the type of person that you encounter anywhere that after you leave you think of all you are grateful for as well ! The service people are very attentive , when you drive up, they are there immediately to greet you and ask what services you might need . Oh forgot to say. I’ve only met Adrianna once , but she , along with others let me know as my car was being serviced, what other services were recommended by the mechanics. No pressure, yet if I had questions about severity of possible issues if I was unable to do so right then -she explained it all , plus pricing I usually only don’t do it right then is for financial reason and …..congratulations on a great dealership. Great staff, fast, friendly, and helpful. Went to another Honda dealership and was told replacing my visors wasn’t under the warranty, my car is 2 years old and last than 36,000 miles.
