Service folks are good but don't seem to know much about the kinds of special "insurance" policies purchased on new cars there. At first the person I spoke with denied any such coverage, but then on a call back to her with a description of the policy she looked it up and discovered it was a third-party policy for interior and exterior dings and scratches that she could not help me with (even though Auto Nation sold me the policy).
