I continue to be impressed with care and diligence of this dealership. I haven’t had a flat tire in years. But it does happen and I got one. I went to a local car repair shop, they told me it can not be repaired and the bad news is that you will need to replace all 4 tires because how the tire monitoring system works. I called Autonation, they gave me a quick appointment. When I went there Gregg told me he will change only one tire and they will make the system work, saving me some money. It has worked without any system alert over the past few days. Gregg has been my consultant in the past few times I had to take my car and I have been very pleased with the way he has taken care of my issues. Than you. More
I was met soon upon arrival by someone who took my information, and told me that he would let my service representative know that I had arrived for my 1:00 appointment. My service representative, Joh information, and told me that he would let my service representative know that I had arrived for my 1:00 appointment. My service representative, John Beeman, arrive shortly to go over my requested service. My service representative, John Beeman, went out of his way to be helpful. I am recovering from hip replacement surgery, and having difficulty walking. He helped me to a comfortable chair, got water and an ice cream bar for me, and estimated my wait to be about three hours. When my car was ready, he walked me out to my car and helped me in. This was very much appreciated. More
