I was pleased with the attention and service I received. My service rep was a young woman, I did not get her name, I’ve not encountered her before. She was pleasant and efficient. I do have one issue; presumably it was the auto car wash the somehow destroyed my rear tag cover and bent the tag. The service was performed was described in the timeframe described. That is a first! The older service people were replaced with much younger people. At first I was apprehensive despite not looking forwa described. That is a first! The older service people were replaced with much younger people. At first I was apprehensive despite not looking forward to the mostly arrogant older staff. I was pleasantly surprised. The younger staff did not talk down to you like the older staff. The new staff said the work would take about an hour and a half and it did. I had become so unhappy dealing with the previous staff that I was looking to getting service done elsewhere. This change I suspect was done to save money. Turns out it also saved a customer. More

The salesman, Pat, at Honda Nation Tucson, could not have been more attentive, sensitive and helpful. I have had one or two service appointments since, and my Service Rep, John, is absolutely great. He is clear, patient and helpful. Honda is the best. I love my car--the ride, the ease of handling, the confidence. I will never drive anything else nor will I go to another dealership, ever! More
