Recently had my 2017 Pilot looked at for a thumping sound and burning smell. They found cracking in the ball joints of the front end, but nothing with the smell. I was pleased with the attention and service I received. My service rep was a young woman, I did not get her name, I’ve not encountered her before. She was pleasant and efficient.
