When I sat up my appointment, they were very accommodating to get me in quickly and at a time that I could wait for the vehicle. Otherwise since living on the eastside, by the time I got home I accommodating to get me in quickly and at a time that I could wait for the vehicle. I was referred to this dealership from Costco to save 15%. I sent an email about the price of a battery and tire rotation. I was quoted less than $300 for life time battery and $18 something for tire ro 15%. I sent an email about the price of a battery and tire rotation. I was quoted less than $300 for life time battery and $18 something for tire rotation. Upon my arrival, I was told a higher price. When I mentioned the quoted price I was told it would be reduced. Once I reviewed my receipt the prices were increased to give me the 15% discount. What's the point in getting a discount if your going to increase the price to give a discount. It's unfortunate that I purchased the lifetime battery because I won't return for anything else. I have never had this type of experience at any Honda. I hope a manager reviews my receipt and gives me a call. More
