I visited AutoNation Honda for the 5th time with the same problem. The low tire pressure alarm kept going off. Again they could find anything wrong except for the fact all 4 tires had drop a few pounds of problem. The low tire pressure alarm kept going off. Again they could find anything wrong except for the fact all 4 tires had drop a few pounds of pressure. They re-inflated the tires to 35 pounds and told me if it comes on again check tire pressure to see if one is low and add air. This is my 3rd Honda and have never experienced problems like this. I same somewhat baffled. More
As winter visitors to Tucson, we were new customers to your dealership. We found it extremely easy to book an appointment on line. Upon arrival, we were greeted by John Beeman our service advisor for the your dealership. We found it extremely easy to book an appointment on line. Upon arrival, we were greeted by John Beeman our service advisor for the day. He was very helpful and kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle repairs. We are Honda people! We currently own a Pilot a Civic and the Accord which we store here in Tucson. In the future if we are in need of service for one of our vehicles, we will certainly return to AutoNation Honda. More

John advised me midway through the service as to how everything was going and then contacted me when the car was ready. Everything was on time and the final price was as John had advised when I checked in. A very efficient process. More

I went really for a diagnostic evaluation since pack rats apparently chewed through wiring. My regular Service Advisor was not there but Desiree was very helpful. Service was excellent and it didn't take too apparently chewed through wiring. My regular Service Advisor was not there but Desiree was very helpful. Service Advisor was quite helpful in recommending I inquire with my car insurance about possible claim, since the actual fix is very expensive. Overall a great visit but now I have to take it in for the actual repair. More
I have a 2008 Element which I have had serviced at the dealership since I have owned it. Their staff is helpful, friendly. I have always felt that I get the best care there. They tell you what you need, how long it would be safe to wait, but never pressure you to do it that moment. The TV, however, is annoying and should either be taken out or have the sound completely shut off. There are too many diverse watchers to make everyone happy. I had to suffer through Judge Judy while trying to read. If the sound had been off, I wouldn't have cared what was being watched. More

I mistakenly pulled in for an appointment a day early (my bad), they didn't blink, took the car and had it back in one hour instead of the 1.5 hours they thought the service would take.
