Very frustrated with service. Upon purchase of my Honda Pilot, I paid for 3 year maintenance package - that includes 3 full maintenance operations - Oil changes, tire rotations, t Upon purchase of my Honda Pilot, I paid for 3 year maintenance package - that includes 3 full maintenance operations - Oil changes, tire rotations, tire pressure and fluid top offs - full vehicle check up. Car also required product recall software update related to starter issues. I took a half day off work to bring in car for it's 2nd maintenance service. Dropped car off first thing in the morning. Recieved call after an hour or two - upsold on brake alignment and engine airfilter - which I agreed to. They finished the work with a few hours. I picked the car up in the afternoon, was told everyting went well - no issues - and left. Upon getting home, I looked at the tires - seemed they hadn't been rotated. I then read the service report and it said on it, by technician- 'rotation not required'. I then pulled out the service report from the last maintance service recieved (about a year ago and around 10,000 miles prior) - it said the same thing. So, vehicle has gone 21,000 miles - and the tech's are saying a rotation is not required - something I paid for when I purchased the vehicle - and to my understanding certainly should be done with all tires at least every 10,000 miles. It seems the tech was just lazy - and its a habit, since it happened the prior time too! Finally, I opened the hood and looked at the windshield washer fluid reservior - which I had known was pretty empty going in - nothing put in or added. Service person was friendly, but still seemed to be learning - and said all work was completed as requested. Now, I will need to either go somewhere else and pay for tire rotation, suffer uneven wear on tires - probably leading to alignment issue i already paid for to get fixed, and/or schedule more time to drive across town and be without my vehicle. Do better Autonation Hond Tucson! More
Overall, pleased with the interaction I had with the service department. It was a bit chaotic upon my arrival, due to signage being replaced, but once I met with the service advisor, he was very thorou service department. I was a pleasure working with Gregg. He was so courteous and thoughtful. He kept me advised every step of the way on the repairs needed on my Civic and the estimated cost. Even though th He was so courteous and thoughtful. He kept me advised every step of the way on the repairs needed on my Civic and the estimated cost. Even though the damage was totally my fault and could have been prevented, Gregg wasn't judgmental. We set up a plane so that I could have my car inspected every six months in order to head off a repeat situation. I look forward to working with Gregg again.. More
