My experience at the Auto Nation Tucson Mall Dealership was very pleasant. I brought my Honda CRV in for a seatbelt recall and was greeted by John Beeman. Everything worked fine and I was on my way. Because of this, I am now considering to have more maintenance done at this Dealership. More

We brought our 2015 Honda Odessey in for an oil change and the overall price at the end was more than the price than the price for the oil change. The person who waited on us explained that we needed to and the overall price at the end was more than the price than the price for the oil change. The person who waited on us explained that we needed to have new tires which we know we'll have to do down the line later. However, the tire price was nearly twice the price of the current tires. We'll deal with that later on as the tires we have now are ok. The service we received from the representative of Honda was less than ideal. We were literally sitting in the waiting area and got a TEXT about the price of the oil change and the supposedly needed tires. We were not happy about that as we felt it was very impersonal. She should have walked over to us and verbally explained what was going on. We have purchased two Honda Minivans and have always had very personal service. That type of service to us needs to be changed to one that is PERSONAL -not by text. We don't remember the name of the woman we worked with. She was rather young and new to us. More
