I took my car in to have AC checked out after receiving a notice about an extended warranty for the compressor. I had the worker John Beeman and he was fantastic. John walked me through all the possibilities notice about an extended warranty for the compressor. I had the worker John Beeman and he was fantastic. John walked me through all the possibilities of what could be wrong with AC and had such a calm demeanor. Honestly, I was upset about my car but just talking to John calmed me down. He was so relaxed and did his job perfect without any complaints and did his best to make sure I was doing okay. I never service my car at dealerships but after having such a great interaction with John, I definitely will be returning to this location and requesting him. I think if it wasn't for John, my experience would have been a lot more different. Big shout out to John and his customer service skills! More
My battery died when I dropped it off for an oil change. They claim they tested it and it was fine. I was able to drive home, but it stopped working that evening. I had to disconnect/reconnect every time I needed the vehicle while I made an appt with another shop. I thought it was going to be the starter or alternator, but it turns out it was the battery after all. This could have been a simple fix and much less expensive. More
My Honda Ridgeline had a problem which apparently was difficult to diagnose but after several sessions I think it's fixed. Customer service is always my main concern and in many businesses it is sorely l difficult to diagnose but after several sessions I think it's fixed. I have been going toe Honda Autonation for 13 years now to have my now 20+ year old Element serviced. I have always received excellent treatment and good communications. Service rep, G, was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Service was prompt and appeared to be thorough. Reasonably priced. The intake process is relatively slow, especially if you have to be at work early. More
