Service Rep did a good under the working condition he has. There were only 2 SRs working and each had at least 10 orders at one time. There needs to be at least 2 more SRs working there. On July 24th, I had a flat tire, changed it, and was able to drive to Honda Nation. There was no one there it being Saturday, to replace the tire. I left the car over the weekend, on Monday morning I was tol to drive to Honda Nation. There was no one there it being Saturday, to replace the tire. I left the car over the weekend, on Monday morning I was told on my answering machine that I needed 4 new tires, a new battery and a new filter. I tried to call back ten times, and left at least 5 spoken messages and 2 text messages. I was unable to reach the service dept all day long. I called different depts to try and reach anyone at all. I was eventually told that my service advisor was in training and a new coworker. A supervisor was not available to help me. I never received a single answer to any of my messages!!! On Tues morning, I called and was told that my car was ready. When I finally picked up the car, the rims and the tires were filthy dirty with sealant, it was oozing out between the rims and tires. Markings were still visible on the tires. The car was not cleaned inside either. The battery was replaced on warranty, Filter was not replaced. Price $728. On Tues evening at 5:30, I had a call from my service advisor that my car was ready. I had already picked up the car that morning!!! I understand that you might be understaffed because of Covid but I would have appreciated at least a single phone call! I think I will not be returning to Honda Nation any time soon. More

My last maintenance for my HR-V was with Greg and he was very efficient, answered all of my questions and didn’t try and push any unneeded repairs. More
