The whole process, from setting the appointment, to checking my car in, to the time it took to get my car tuned up (and with the right tune up for the mileage on my car, to going over what was done to checking my car in, to the time it took to get my car tuned up (and with the right tune up for the mileage on my car, to going over what was done to my car and any recommendations my car might need next service call, to paying my bill at a surprising lower price than I expected was all done in very professional and friendly manner. The phone service is terrible…unable to get answers to simple questions as “no one is available”, ever, Three occsssions had to drive across town 40 minutes to get answer to the questions we needed befo simple questions as “no one is available”, ever, Three occsssions had to drive across town 40 minutes to get answer to the questions we needed before scheduling service. Web service appointments are terrible as they are too complex and irrelevant to particular needs to be useful or even to understand. I paid a lot of money for extended service warranty and they are useless because the service appointments can’t be made without direct interaction and information. I wish I had bought another Toyota. More
