We dropped off the car for the first regular oil change since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in ou since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in our warranty, and then we would receive a call when the car was ready. After three hours we called the Service department, and were kept on hold interminably. Then we called New Car Sales and couldn't get through to anyone. We pressed "0" to get to the operator, but the line just went dead each time. So we drove to the dealership to see when the car would be ready. We were told the car had been ready - we just didn't receive any call. And the oil change was not included in our warranty. All in all, a disappointment. More
The sales staff when we bought our 2020 CR V was helpful and efficient. We bought the protection plan and just had our first service. It went very smoothly. Tredell did a great job of communicating with me on the progress of my vehicle getting serviced. I believe he gave me sound advice and did his best to fulfill my wishes of getting the cruise control checke progress of my vehicle getting serviced. (I found that the vehicle, a CRV, was intentionally programmed to slow down if you were behind a vehicle. I thought something was wrong with it. Although,I do think it slows down at a distance from the next vehicle which is too far away. I checked it again on the freeway after the visit.) He wore his mask appropriately, which one of your service providers does not do. I will ask for this young man again at my next visit. BTW,I have no idea if they sanitized anything in the vehicle, thus, I did not rate this. More
The new phone service is awful. Please go back to direct call to local service team. I needed to get a hold of the local team as I was having my car towed to the dealership. I called many times and was call to local service team. I needed to get a hold of the local team as I was having my car towed to the dealership. I called many times and was only allowed to talk to a third party in a foreign country. Finally I got a call from the dealer because I was “late” to my appointment. But really my car had been towed the day before and keys were left with….still not sure. They could not find my car. I called the tow company (they answered locally) and told me they where they left it. Then guess what!?!? Multiple attempts I could not get back in contact with the local shop to inform them where the car was placed. Finally 5 hours later a someone new locally called and said they had my keys and were going to get the work done on it. I want to give this a 1 star rating but the actual local team is great. Once you can get a hold of them. Please go back to allowing the local team take calls directly. More
