While waiting for my car I saw one just like it pulled out and parked. After a long wait decided it wasn't mine. After a two hour wait for oil change I checked with service advisor and was told my paper out and parked. After a long wait decided it wasn't mine. After a two hour wait for oil change I checked with service advisor and was told my paper work was there and he would do it next. When he went to get my car, it was the same one I had been looking at for the last hour. Very unhappy to be sitting there that long when my car was ready. Also when I arrived no one came to my car. After waiting several minutes I went inside to find my service advisor, Brandon Lee. This is the first time I have given a negative review. Previous visits have been very good. More

We dropped off the car for the first regular oil change since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in ou since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in our warranty, and then we would receive a call when the car was ready. After three hours we called the Service department, and were kept on hold interminably. Then we called New Car Sales and couldn't get through to anyone. We pressed "0" to get to the operator, but the line just went dead each time. So we drove to the dealership to see when the car would be ready. We were told the car had been ready - we just didn't receive any call. And the oil change was not included in our warranty. All in all, a disappointment. More
