I was able to make an appt late in the week fir Saturday. I chose to wait fir my car and expected a two hour turnaround for basic work like oil and differential. The service was easy, but the waiting was the most difficult part to try to social distance. Access to a power outlet was also hard to come by. We have been going to Dobbs Honda for many years using their service department. Greg Polson introduced us to Greg Cheesbrough in the service dept and he has always been very professional and taken care o their service department. I had a 8:00 am appointment and when I got there I was told Greg was out sick. No problem another service writer took care of me and took my vehicle back about 8:10 and was told it would be about 1-1 1/2 hours. I was having a oil change only. Time went by and it was now close to 10:30 and no vehicle. I went to see the service writer and he and others were busy but I saw my vehicle had been parked in the area of the used cars. I tried to get the attention of anyone when finally I asked who I believe was the general manager if our service writer was the only one who could check us out. John did our paperwork and I finally left close to 10:50 am. It seems that because there are so busy they don’t tend to the finished cars and they remain parked outside while they take in other cars. Although Greg Cheesbrough tells me it might take 1-1 1/2 hrs he manages to get me out within the hour. He tends to go back and see the status of cars being worked on to ensure they get out within the timeframe. Greg is certainly an asset to Dobbs and I will continue to take my vehicle there. More
