I had an 8 AM appointment for a fuel tank recall replacement. I received a call at 10:30 and my advisor said that they had "run out" of the part. How do you not know what your inventory status is wh replacement. I received a call at 10:30 and my advisor said that they had "run out" of the part. How do you not know what your inventory status is when scheduling an 8 AM appt.? I should have been notified before hand and told to reschedule and not waste my time and be without the car for a day. This is very poor management. I have typically received good service at this location and purchased the car there so thus was disappointing. More

I’ve used the Autonation chain for a few years now. As I would expect, Julian, my service advisor, was respectful and available for a long-delayed service (thank you COVID.) The work was completed while I waited, the parts were in stock. The facility was clean. I was happy that Julian had my previous service history in hand, which was one reason I chose to have the work done at that dealership. My little, old Covic should keep on running! Thank you. More
