I have called Greg 4 times without him responding. I have made two requests to speak to the service manager without a response. The situation is that i have TWO SAFETY recall jobs that’s need to be done and i have not been able to talk to the service advisor or the service manager. I am completely disgusted by this organization. Who schedules recall jobs without checking to see if the parts are in stock?

I have asked to speak to the service manager and she has made no attempt to contact me. If this forum is ineffective I will move to others as well as the BBB. How hard is it to call someone? I have been courteous and polite, but have encountered incompetence and defensiveness. The last time I requested ton speak to the service manager the representative just ‘hung up’ on me.
