Easy to make a reservation. They were on time for my service work. Completed just as writer stated. Only problem is after tire rotation I need to “calibrate” my tires. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service on customer care from the sales manager after the mishap that occurred during my experience of buying a car. The salesman who helped me set me up wit on customer care from the sales manager after the mishap that occurred during my experience of buying a car. The salesman who helped me set me up with exactly the car I was looking for and with a good deal behind it. The car had been used as a loaner through the service department so was technically at used car price. While test driving the car, some warnings were coming up on the dash. The salesman wanted the service department to take a look so he left the car running at let the service department know. Unfortunately in 3 minutes, the car was stolen. The team was more worried about the loss of the car than the customer. The salesman was pulled to review video while I waited with no explanation, assistance or an apology. Then the salesman was sent home and I was pawned off on another salesman. At no time did the salesman manager come to speak with me to explain the situation or offer me any deals for my inconvenience. The car that I planned to buy was priced at 26,000, but because it was stolen, I was pushed to buy brand new at 31,000. I was never offered any extra perks for the inconvenience. I felt terrible for the salesman who was only trying to do what was right by the customer, and who has now most likely lost his job. I understand the loss of property, but I am confident that insurance will take care of the car being stolen. It was clear that property loss was more important than customers. The only thing that kept me from leaving and taking my business elsewhere is that I am extremely busy and the 6 hour process could not be repeated in my schedule for a couple of months. I will not recommend buying a car from AutoNation Honda to anyone. More

Came in for same warranty work that was supposedly done 10 months ago. Honda Auto Nation claims condenser is the issue. No leak check performed. I had it checked by 2 other sources, no leaking condenser. 10 months ago. Honda Auto Nation claims condenser is the issue. No leak check performed. I had it checked by 2 other sources, no leaking condenser. Charged 165.00 and walked out with the same issue and they want 1300.00 to do more work, which should be warranty. Not happy More
