Pedro Lazaro was the salesman who courteously greeted me on arrival and began the initial process of looking at new CRV's. Aaron was at all times helpful, knowledgeable, patient, polite and well informed about the vehicle and options. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Dobbs and it has been a very pleasant car-buying experience each time. In addition we like doing business with Dobbs because we also have been treated very well when we bring our cars in for servicing. The only negative in an otherwise very positive experience has been Dustin (do not know his last name)who was the finance individual that completed the sale. His demeanor was impatient and curt. He actually seemed bored by the whole process. Quite a contrast to your other Dobbs employees! Another family member had exactly the same impression when they purchased a car from Dobbs and had dealings with Dustin during the payment/finance process. Perhaps he could benefit from a class in customer service because in all honesty his attitude does not seem to be consistent with what we (as repeat customers) have come to perceive as the philosophy of business at Dobbs Honda.
