We dropped off the car for the first regular oil change since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in ou since purchasing it, and were told that it would be 1-2 hours for the work, and that we would get a call to tell us if oil changes are included in our warranty, and then we would receive a call when the car was ready. After three hours we called the Service department, and were kept on hold interminably. Then we called New Car Sales and couldn't get through to anyone. We pressed "0" to get to the operator, but the line just went dead each time. So we drove to the dealership to see when the car would be ready. We were told the car had been ready - we just didn't receive any call. And the oil change was not included in our warranty. All in all, a disappointment. More

They couldn’t work on my vehicle. So basically, the warranty through the dealership that I purchased for the used vehicle that Autonation sold to me in July, is 80% useless. They could’ve told me this before I made the trip from Sierra vista and wasted gas. So now I have to go outside the warranty and pay out of pocket just to see what and why my check engine light is on. I’m not 100% dissatisfied. Cus the customer associate was very apologetic and it’s not in their control for not being given the tools they need to assist customers with used vehicles that they sell. I would still recommend Autonation if you need a used vehicle or new, for other reasons, just make sure you ask the right questions when they offer additional warranty. More
