Tredell Cummings met me at my car. I had two warranty items to get taken care of. Tredell explained the process to me and gave me an approximate time it would take. I elected to wait. Tredell Cummings Jr was so helpful and kind when I came in with my granddaughter to see why her car wasn't seeming normal to her. He test drove it and had someone else raise it and scope out underneath an in with my granddaughter to see why her car wasn't seeming normal to her. While waiting for my car I saw one just like it pulled out and parked. After a long wait decided it wasn't mine. After a two hour wait for oil change I checked with service advisor and was told my paper out and parked. After a long wait decided it wasn't mine. After a two hour wait for oil change I checked with service advisor and was told my paper work was there and he would do it next. When he went to get my car, it was the same one I had been looking at for the last hour. Very unhappy to be sitting there that long when my car was ready. Also when I arrived no one came to my car. After waiting several minutes I went inside to find my service advisor, Brandon Lee. This is the first time I have given a negative review. Previous visits have been very good. More
