I’ve used the Autonation chain for a few years now. As I would expect, Julian, my service advisor, was respectful and available for a long-delayed service (thank you COVID.) I recently purchased a new Honda from AutoNation Honda in the Tucson mall and it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. The sales personnel worked with me to get a good trade-i the Tucson mall and it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had.
