I must have arrived at a bad time. It too about 15 minutes to talk to a Service Advisor. Who was still on a phone. He charged me for a FULL synthetic oil change. Individual sales person was responsive online but I didn't feel like the dealership really cared about my satisfaction with my purchase. We bought a vehicle which was driven in from another of their locations. We were given one key only, and that turned out to be a valet key. No one seemed to care that we couldn't get the tailgate down or the glovebox open. Also, the Carfax showed that the vehicle had running boards installed about a week before we bought it. Running boards were an important part of our decision. When it came there were no running boards and basically they blew it off, with no offer to come to some kind of deal. Just didn't seem like there wasn't anyone paying attention to details. My sister recently bought a new car of their brand and was looking for a location to start a service relationship. I told her I didn't know about the service department, but wasn't impressed with the sales department. More
