Took my Honda in for the regular maintenance. Everything was explained, told how long it would take and luckily it took less time than what he thought. Very professional. Not a good experience. Made an appointment in person at AutoNation for a Honda Accord key replacement and gave the bad key to the service rep. On the day of my appointment, I drove from Oro Valley (1 hr. AutoNation for a Honda Accord key replacement and gave the bad key to the service rep. On the day of my appointment, I drove from Oro Valley (1 hr. round trip), waited 30 min. was told they did not have the correct part and I would need to come back the next day. Trying to plan for the next day, I asked the service rep. how long it would take. He said 45 min. The next day I went to my second appointment and waited 90 min. for service to program my car key. All total, the dealership waisted 2 hr. 15 min. of my time for this service. The service rep. gave me a lousy $50 off my $300 bill for my troubles. I asked for $100 at least, but he was not authorized without going to his supervisor. I had appointments and no more time to waste. Better: The service Rep should have checked for the correct part in stock before scheduling me in the first place More
