Bought a new Honda CR-V hybrid .. electrical problem from the start. First time they don’t even write up SERVIS paperwork. Find nothing. .. computer not working. .sallee person was a sweetheart. Never drove was clear what I needed as I had injuries and had Togo back and for to Mayo Clinic in px now for cancer diagnosis done in tucson. They can fix it hybirds has problems. Constantly get run around but Mánager was charming and nice… covid this yr and two accidents due to electrical problem. Yes covid has cause so many problem with the word. What happened to honestly and integrity. Tristin left right away . Never ven had anyone place how the car worked and some of the information he told us was not true.I beleive honest mistake. No the phone charges dose not work with anything but Apple no there is not a warrant for 10 yr. ..beware of crv hybirds THEY HAVE PROBLEMS and getting them to fix it seems impossible .hoping for recall. Manger seem so charming but idk. It’s all about th sale no.even tried to sell extra INC for hrs and was told could by the next 48 hr.. went back onto extra offer.
