Visited Auto Nation Honda for a recall on the hood latch for our Pilot. Gregg Cheesbrough was the advisor that helped us. Honestly felt sorry for Gregg. He was the only advisor that we could see the entir for our Pilot. Gregg Cheesbrough was the advisor that helped us. Honestly felt sorry for Gregg. He was the only advisor that we could see the entire time that we were there. Some support staff, but he did all the check ins and checkouts. Tough times. Hope he is well cared for and he knows he is appreciated. Our experience was great with Gregg. The recall work on the latch was completed in a timely manner and we were out before the allotted time.
