They didn't try to pull a "market adjustment" add on like many others dealers do today, however they told me they would give me a fair amount for a trade in then when I brought it in they low-balled me. Then they have the car on the lot the next week for over 5 grand more. I would've given 5 stars if they honored their word. More

All of the people involved in my transaction were patient and respectful during my purchase. I had moved from the east coast the day before and Bob Navarro immediately offered to help me find what I was int and respectful during my purchase. He asked several questions and then explained what they had in stock and I drove 2 different models and decided on one. Pat Russo followed up the transaction with videos and actual in car explanations of interior and exterior features. Vincent Adams was super great when I signed the contract, friendly and exchanged stories of Tucson and family. I was pleasantly surprised that buying a care could be a fun experience. More
