I would never buy another car from this dealership. The car's warranty was expensive and confusing and when we brought the car back to ask questions about its functions, they couldn't find anybody and had to summons a college kid who actually did a good job of showing us what we needed to know. During the purchase process, I noted that their had a very poor service waiting area and one of the sales people told me to please file a complaint about how crappy their facility is because they had been trying for years to get a new, larger facility built to no avail. Recently, we had an oil change and bought an air filter and brought it in to ask for help in changing out the old one. Their technician did that in their express service area, which is a narrow driveway. To get out, you have to either back out or go around a long obstacle course with a long lineup of cars. I unfortunately chosen to back out and hit and broke my passenger side mirror. They immediately checked and told me there is not a single replacement mirror available anywhere in the United States and I would have to wait. Meanwhile, they said I should not drive the car with the mirror flopping around and recommended I let them remove it -- at a cost of $159! Then they told me that if and when replacement mirrors ever arrived, that would be $960 plus labor. We took our disabled car home and our son was able to order the needed part from amazon.com and install it successfully himself in about a half hour for $80. This dealership has a big sign in its waiting room about how much they are dedicated to outstanding customer service, but they showed no concern for our situation and no consideration for at least reducing the 1 hour $159 labor fee (by the way, I doubt if their technician gets more than $30 an hour for his labor). Anyway, we would not consider spending another $33,000 to buy another new or used car from them given their lackluster concern for the customer. Their claim to be so very customer oriented is pure hot air. More
