I went to buy a car and was shown a car that I could not purchase due to mechanical issues with the vehicle. I was not told this information until all the paperwork had been signed. All communication regarding this issue was initiated by me, even after the dealer said they would keep me informed. After a week I went to see what other options were available as I still did not have a vehicle (which I had made a down payment on as well). I was able to swap out the vehicle for a different one. After 3 days I decided the vehicle did not meet my needs and returned it to the dealer, per their 5 day/250 mile back guarantee. That day the manger told me they would initiate the refund process (Thursday). Monday came by (no refund) and I called the same manager with zero answer. I proceeded to call the loan department to speak to the individual who approved my purchase and was to refund my money but again he did not answer. Neither returned my call, even after I left a voicemail. Tuesday I called again and spoke to a different manager who told me he would look into why I hadn’t been refunded and that he would call me back. He never called back. Wednesday I called again and spoke to a 3rd manager who told me he would look into it. He called me back and told me the refund had been processed the day before and that the other 3 people were out on vacation. I requested proof that the refund had been initiated. This manager provided me proof but had lied to me about it being processed the day before as it was dated that same day. I did not receive my refund until Saturday. I STRONGLY BELIEVE that they would not have refunded me my down payment if I had not called them and requested proof of the transaction. This business is a scam and will attempt to ROB and STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS. More

I came in for a A 1 7 maintenance interval service. They checked the alignment which turned out to be off so they took care of that service as well. Went in for dead battery and noise inside right rear compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment. Then was told they would not have time to check on noise, that compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment. They have filled that huge space with desks and sales people. More
I took my 2016 Chrysler in for service as considering trading it in for a smaller vehicle due to my van very tight in my garage plus the cost of gas. I left delighted with my new Honda. More
