I bought a used car at this dealership. The AutoNation no haggle policy has its good and bad points but for a used car I found it detrimental. When I test drove the vehicle it was priced too high but after walking away the price dropped $600 then $1200 2 weeks later. Would have been beneficial to simply negotiate that. Love the car. They do a good job fixing minor things. My car had new tires, a new windshield, fresh oil and air filters. They have a 5 day return policy. I had a mechanic look at it and it had no issues. The car was detailed and full of gas. My salesperson did a nice job facilitating the purchase. All in all, very satisfied. More
Worse customer service experience with Gregg your service advisor. Been having issues with my 2024 honda crv with it blowing hot, or not blowing air like it should, my wife usually takes the car and tells me advisor. Been having issues with my 2024 honda crv with it blowing hot, or not blowing air like it should, my wife usually takes the car and tells me he is super rude to her. Today I showed up to confirm how rude he really is. Not to mention nothing was found on my car. Said my cabin air filter was backwards which it wasn't. And he even had the nerve to day it wasn't blowing properly due to car being on ECO mode. Ridiculous, and on top of that he is the rudest customer service person ever! So nothing was found on my ac and all he did was blame us, for ridiculous stuff. Never ever want to deal with this guy again. Hond sales team is great, but this service guy is just horrible. By the way this is the 2nd time brought in for same issue and nothing has been found, and had to deal with this guy! We had an argument in the service desk because of how rude he is and how he talks over you and just replies to you in a smart xxx manner! Extremely upset over this. More
