Looking forward to my vehicles "first" real service at AutoNation Honda. More

Paid almost $200.00 to find out nothing, with the only solution was to hand them more money to resolve nothing. Lying to a customer’s face is policy. TPMS not functioning correctly, have 4 new sending units which they wanted to replace with “their” sending units. Never a mention the receiving module might be defective. Whether it’s aftermarket or factory should be irrelevant, the tire centers replace hundreds without issue. Scenario would be replace sending units, issue persists “then” receiving module is finally addressed. Meanwhile I would have spent hundreds of dollars on 🐂💩. More

We arrived at 9:50am for our SCHEDULED 10am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. 3 HOURS later it was finally completed. We drove away only to hear a distinct rubbing/ shaking noise that was not present before our morning service appointment. We immediately returned to your dealership to complain. Our service advisor Adam Poe deserves a top rating of 10 out of 10 as he was extremely professional and understanding and immediately handled our issue. You're lucky to have him on your staff. However it is clear that your service technicians need MORE TRAINING as the noise we heard was a direct result of their incompetence at their jobs. I will NEVER return or recommend your dealership to anyone in the future. Ian H More
I purchased a low-mileage pre-owned 2006 BMW 330iC ZHP package from AutoNation Honda last October. The purchase process was hurried up due to other interested parties supposedly offering to purchase the c package from AutoNation Honda last October. The purchase process was hurried up due to other interested parties supposedly offering to purchase the car, so my due diligence was fast-tracked and relied mostly on the salesperson's comments and videos stating the car was nearly perfect with no discernable issues on the exterior or interior. I paid for their asking price including a bogus $500 fee that I did not appreciate having been added there. Anyway, the car arrived a couple of days later with multiple issues, including a badly repainted hood, which happened to also be missing its insulator, a poorly resprayed front bumper with two out of the four clips broken, many dents across the body, and smelly interior, and a sticker on the instrument panel covering a permanently lit red TPM light! This was shocking to me as the car was described to have been pristine with no paintwork except the front bumper that the dealership was going to respray to cover some scuffing on its underside. I contacted the dealership through my salesperson, who basically tried to buy time while they would decide what could be done. I ended up working directly with the GM of the dealership (Paul Peranzi), and he agreed to take the car back and unwind the deal, but he insisted that I pay for shipping (one-way), which I reluctantly accepted. This car should not have passed an AutoNation dealership's standards and sold to me in that condition. It was a major embarrassment, in my opinion, for the dealership, and while I appreciated Paul's willingness to take care of things, I believe he should have covered for both directions of shipping since his salesperson and sales manager failed to notice (or disclose) these rather basic and easily notable issues and did not properly answer all of my many questions to communicate the accurate condition of the car. Overall, despite my prior successful AutoNation purchases, this truly was a waste of time for me and I believe things could have been handled far better. More
