I have approached this dealership twice two years apart and will never try to visit there again. My first visit two years ago resulted in me not being able to get anyone to assist me at all. The second visit resulted in me not being able to close a simple deal for a new vehicle. I waited over an hour just to have my trade in evaluated and then they gave me several weak reasons on why they could not match the trade in value another dealership gave me. A $2000 difference. No one seemed concerned or upset at the loss of my business. I went to another dealer and saved $4000 and had the best customer service of my life. It was like night and day. More

The internet sales manager Steve Shaddix gave me pricing. I came in drove the cars went back the next day arranged financing and picked up the cars. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. Both transaction were completed within 2 hours. There was no tricks, games etc. The Team sales and finance force at the dealership were courteous and respectful and the whole process was unlike any experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I would heavily recommend purchasing a new car from this dealership. I feel a received great pricing and the service was top notch. Steve is a great guy to work with.....even if he is a Georgia Bulldog. More

AWFUL EXPERIENCE----DON'T BUY A VEHICLE HERE----- IT IS A AWFUL EXPERIENCE----DON'T BUY A VEHICLE HERE----- IT IS A NIGHTMARE. In July, my husband and I (6 months pregnant) were shopping for a 2012 Honda Pil AWFUL EXPERIENCE----DON'T BUY A VEHICLE HERE----- IT IS A NIGHTMARE. In July, my husband and I (6 months pregnant) were shopping for a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring. The Internet Salesperson Steve Shaddox offered us the best deal which he stated on the phone included a 120000 mile bumper to bumper warranty (a $1700 value). After being at the dealership for over an hour and completing most of the paperwork, I questioned about the warranty that was told to my husband and was told that it was extra. Frustrated but still wanting the Pilot, we purchased it anyway. That was the beginning of the nightmare. There have been problems after problems since. After having the remote start installed everything went to hell. The navigation, AC and radio kept cutting off and no one could figure out what was going on. We had to take the brand new Pilot back to the dealership 3 times while they gave us a crappy civic and then an accord to drive (nothing equal to the $40,000 vehicle that we purchased that they had). Not only did we have to take it back 3 times but they had it in their possession for 20 out of 30 days. Ridiculous!!! Not to mention that they put over 1000 miles on my brand new Pilot. (By the way, according to the Lemon Law for GA if you have to take it back more than 3 times and anything else goes wrong within the next 2 years or I have to take it back to them for more than an additional 10 days, it has to replaced or refunded). I contacted the manager, Dave, about the problems and getting a new Pilot and he assured me that things were fixed and if there was anything else I needed to contact him. So I called him a few days later to see about getting a free extended warranty for all the trouble and inconvience that they had caused me (now 8 months pregnant). The manager did not even have the professionalism to call me back but had a service employee call and offer me a "great deal" on a 100000 mile warranty for $1700. Funny, since their financial person offer me the same warranty at signing for $1500. I am not spending another dime with this crooked dealership. In fact, I will doing everything in my power to let everyone know what type of dealership they are and hopefully prevent anyone else from going through this nightmare. More
