We had a great experience at this location. At soonest we arrived we were welcomed by one of the sellers, his name was Larry. I was looking for newer options... I went to about 8 other dealerships before arriving to this one and the sellers were just careless. Larry offered us to show us some of the new models they had available. He showed me the Honda pilot 2022, he told me that I could do a test drive and I agreed to it. At soonest we got inside the car.he started explaining every feature the car had. Details and everything. (The previous dealerships I went just handed me the keys or the seller did not explain anything). Larry's attention was exceptional 👏 he really SOLD me the car. His outgoing personality gave me more confidence about buying a new car. I was very happy after we were done and I instantly felt like I really needed to invest in a new car. By the way I am very happy and glad that I was able to buy it. Our loan manager Mike also gave us an exceptional service. He was very understanding and tried to work with us about our loan. Both of them were very nice and helped us thru the process of buying the car. The dealership was very clean and had a really good environment. First meeting of the folks in maintenance department when you bring your car in for service does not give the customer a good feeling. It seems the whole attitude in the maintenance department is you’re interrupting me can’t you see I’m busy and not respective of the customer and they could do a much better job.
