Autonation has the best customer service ever. I have purchased vehicles here since it was Sutherland Honda. I always deal with Steve Shaddix. Very accurate and disciplined in regular communication. She helped me put an advanced payment of $500/- to hold on to the car until I travel back from SC. I also traded my 2013 odyssey and they gave the exact price I was expecting. Not much price haggling...overall awesome experience buying from this dealer. More

Where do I begin? The left hand doesn’t know what the right on is doing or maybe they do. But get this, they say there’s no record of my mentioning the issue. Absolutely no documentation and if there is ,I’m not privy to the records about MY car. They said it was a key issues,. Now they say it the door and the part is on back order. Above everything else my odometer appears to have been tampered with or something done at the service department altered it drastically More
