Heather Slay made my recent visit a dream visit. She helped me use my extended warranty to cover the cost of needed repairs. Heather also kept me updated on progress continually and arranged a Lyft She helped me use my extended warranty to cover the cost of needed repairs. Repairs were explained and Heather even went with me out to my car to make sure my Cruise Control was in the mode where I could use it. Heather was truly amazing. Heather was my service rep and she was very prompt and courteous. She explained exactly what needed to be serviced on my car. I was experiencing trouble in starting my car.
