Andre M. was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with! I was so sad that all of the Hybrid CRV’s were sold. Very poor management and service. I was unable to get complete repairs done on my vehicle and trying to get a follow-up calls from the service department was virtually impossible. The I was unable to get complete repairs done on my vehicle and trying to get a follow-up calls from the service department was virtually impossible. They released my vehicle to me without completed repairs and key personnel which worked on my vehicle were no longer employed there. There was no effort to compensate all the inconveniences that I went through. I do not recommend this service department to anyone. More
